WHAT IS THE MEMBERSHIP REWARDS PILOT PROGRAM?

Loot Crate is testing a limited-time membership rewards offer with some of our current Loot Crate DX subscribers. Looters who are subscribed to the July DX crate, and who have been enrolled into the pilot program can earn a reward after receiving three (3) additional Loot Crate DX crates between August - October 2017. The data we collect and information that we learn from this pilot will help us to launch a new membership program with a variety of rewards–open to all of our amazing looters–in the near future.

WHO WAS SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE?

We chose a random subset of our current Loot Crate DX subscriber base for July 2017, in order to test new ways of providing our looters with rewards opportunities. We chose a single crate line in order to keep the size and scope of this pilot small and measurable. This allows us to learn and adapt quickly. If you weren’t selected, hang tight, because Loot Crate intends to introduce a brand-new rewards program open to all of our looters in the near future!

HOW CAN I JOIN?

If you received an email about the pilot membership program, there’s nothing more that you need to do to participate, other than receiving your loot each month! We’ll track your progress and provide you with monthly updates via email. Remember to check your inboxes!

HOW DO I EARN MY REWARDS?

Current Loot Crate DX subscribers for July 2017 who were randomly selected for enrollment into the pilot program can earn a reward by receiving the next three Loot Crate DX crates (August - October 2017).

WHAT IF I WANT TO SKIP A CRATE?

Enrolled participants must receive three consecutive Loot Crate DX crates in order to unlock their member bonus; skipping a month, or cancelling your membership during the offer period, will disqualify you from the offer.

WHAT ARE THE REWARDS?

Enrolled participants can earn their choice of either (1) a free one-time, non-renewing, crate from one of Loot Crate’s other subscription crate lines, or (2) dollar credits to spend in our Loot Vault. The specific free crates that participants can choose from, and the dollar amounts of Loot Vault credit offered, are determined by the participant’s active Loot Crate DX subscription plan.

WHAT IF I UPGRADE / DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any point, so long as you maintain an active subscriber account and receive consecutive Loot Crate DX crates for the duration of the offer period. Your rewards tier will be determined by the Loot Crate DX subscription plan that’s active at the time that you unlock your membership reward.

HOW DO I TRACK MY REWARD PROGRESS?

Check your inboxes! We will be emailing all of the enrolled participants each crate month, to give you updates on your progress towards unlocking your reward! Progress emails will also contain links to surveys about your crate and membership experience. During this trial pilot program, progress tracking won’t be available to view on your Accounts page. However, we expect to provide a progress tracker for all looters when we launch a full-featured rewards program at a future date.

HOW CAN I SELECT AND REDEEM MY REWARDS ONCE I’VE EARNED THEM?

After you’ve earned your bonus, you will receive an email asking you to choose your preferred reward: a free crate or Loot Vault credit. Once you’ve made your selection, we will send you a code plus redemption instructions, so that you can begin looting!

CAN I USE MY LOOT VAULT REWARD CREDIT ACROSS MULTIPLE ORDERS?

The Loot Vault credits earned through this pilot program are unique codes good for a single, one-time use on Loot Vault. Any remaining balance on your credit will not carry over, so you’ll have to “loot it” or lose it! Also, your unique Loot Vault reward code can be used by anyone, so keep it safe, unless you intend to give a gift of free loot to someone else!

IS THE FREE CRATE REWARD FOR A PAST CRATE OR A FUTURE CRATE?

Looters who select a free crate as their reward will receive a code to redeem for the upcoming crate from their chosen subscription crate line.

WILL THIS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM CONTINUE AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD?

This membership rewards pilot program will conclude at the end of the offer period (October 2017). However, we’ll be evaluating the results of our pilot program throughout the summer and fall, with the expectation of launching a membership rewards program for ALL of our active subscribers in the near future!

WHEN DO I GET TO CHOOSE WHICH REWARD I WANT?

You will be able to choose between either (1) a free upcoming crate or (2) a vault credit after you’ve filled your progress bar!
